Personality: stubborn and bitter at heart, though outwardly she appears gentle and kind. Highly judgmental and quick to form her own opinions. Very standoffish and aloof at first sight, but opens up eventually. Very loyal to the few she calls friends.

Are you okay with your character being drawn with other characters without being asked first?: Definitely, but I wanna see!

She is a snow leopard-like cat with head and tail fins. In her homeland, she was born with a power over ice, but after a sea spirit saved her from drowning her ice powers were stripped and she was bound to the sea, hence the un-aquatic body. Her fins are not natural but a side effect of her sea powers and grow painfully up through her skin. She can't use her powers in Hetherev. Yet.
